Who we are

This site is run by Tomer Weissman, doing business as Dativon ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@dativon.com.

What we collect and why

We collect as little as we can. We use it to understand interest in ideas we are testing, and to tell people who asked about a product when it launches.

Waitlist signups

Some pages let you join a waitlist for a product that is not available yet. If you join, we store your email address, the page you signed up on, the time, whether you ticked the consent box and which version of its wording you saw. If you arrived from one of our ads or links, we also store the campaign labels in the link (UTM parameters) and Google's ad click identifier (gclid). We use your email only to tell you about that product, as the consent box says. We do not sell or share it.

Analytics and ads measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which ads lead to signups. It sets cookies in your browser. We link it to our Google Ads account so we can measure our own ads (conversion tracking). We do not use remarketing or ad personalisation, and Google signals is off. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and ads measurement are off by default.

We also count visits to waitlist pages on our own server, without cookies. We do this with a one-way code made from your IP address and browser type that changes every day, so it can't be traced back to you.

IP addresses

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated signups and to count unique visits. We do not store it.

Who processes data for us

How long we keep data

We delete waitlist signups 12 months after the waitlist ends, or sooner if you ask. Deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's backups until those backups expire.

Your choices and rights

Google user data

Our internal software connects to the Google Ads API with our own Google account. It reads and manages only our own advertising accounts' data (campaigns, keywords, costs and results). We use that data only to run and report on our own campaigns. Access tokens are kept as secrets, never in our code, and are not shared with anyone. We do not sell or share Google user data, and we do not use it for any other purpose. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
